Quick Recipe
Ingredients(1 Serving)
- 1 packet Maggi Noodles
- 1 packet Maggi Masala Tastemaker
- 1 tbsp Butter or Oil
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- ½ tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped (optional)
- 1.5 cups water

Sauté VeggiesHeat butter/oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden. Add tomatoes and green chilies, cooking until soft.

Boil WaterAdd 1.5 cups of water and the Tastemaker to the pan. Bring it to a boil.

Cook NoodlesBreak the Maggi noodles and add them to the boiling water. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until the noodles are soft and the gravy is desired consistency.

FinishGarnish with fresh coriander or cheese, and serve hot.
Tips for Better Maggi
- Add Extra Veggies: Capsicum, peas, carrots, and sweet corn enhance the flavor.
- Garlic Twist: Add 3-4 chopped garlic cloves along with the onions for a pungent garlic flavor.
- Spicy Version: Add a pinch of red chili powder or chili flakes.
