Crowmix Policies

Crowmix is committed to providing users with safe and convenient services. Our policies clarify rules related to user rights, safety, and service usage. Please read the following policies carefully.

Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery Area: Our services are available in Yavatmal City. Delivery confirmation will be provided before order placement.
  2. Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 20-30 minutes, and food items within 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic or restaurant preparation time.
  3. Delivery Fee: Fees depend on the order location and distance from the restaurant. Charges will be clearly displayed on the order page.
  4. Contactless Delivery: We offer contactless delivery options in compliance with COVID-19 protocols.
  5. COD Policy: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above a minimum value as Fixed by Crowmix. Orders below this value may not be eligible for COD due to operational and delivery cost considerations. Crowmix reserves the right to enable or disable COD based on order value, location, and user history.

Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item or food of poor quality, notify us within 24 hours. We will offer a full refund or redelivery.
  2. Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled before the restaurant accepts them. Cancellation is not possible once the order is being prepared.
  3. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (UPI, etc.) within 1-2 hours.
  4. Issue Reporting: Complaints can be logged via the app’s "My Orders" section or by contacting Customer Care crowmix.in@gmail.com.

Privacy Policy

  1. Data Collection: We collect your name, address, phone number, payment details, and location data.
  2. Usage: Data is used for order processing, service improvement, and personalized experiences.
  3. Security: User data is securely stored with standard safeguards.
  4. Third Parties: Data is never sold or shared with third parties, except for legal requirements.

Terms of Service

  1. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for your account’s security and activities.
  2. Service Restrictions: Accounts may be suspended for app misuse, fraud, or illegal activities.
  3. Content Rights: All content (restaurant details, photos) published on the app belongs to Crowmix or its partners.
  4. Termination: Crowmix reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice.
